RETURN & FEFUND POLICY

All product descriptions and prices are made in good faith and shall be accurate to the best of our ability. Any errors in the description or pricing will be rectified by us when brought to our attention. If a purchase is made based on a description that is inaccurate the customer will be entitled to a refund.

All goods sold by OzSmoke are guaranteed for 14 days against defects. If you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days from receipt of delivery then please contact us to arrange a return and refund. Please send the delivery docket back as a proof of purchase when returning.

We check and repack every product before delivery to make sure that they are in good condition. Please do not sign or accept those parcels damaged by delivery company.

The customer will be liable for the cost of return of the product. OzSmoke may refund this cost at our discretion after assessing the returned product.

For credit card payments, the refund will be processed one month after we receive the returned product.

Products can not be returned due to:
* Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
* A change of mind by the customer.
* Any damage or imperfections stated in the item description when purchased.

Australia Post recommend posting your gifts no later than the dates listed, to give them the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas Day.

Anywhere in Australia (except WA and NT):  Normal Post (Monday 13th/Dec); Express ( Monday 20th/Dec).

WA and NT:   Normal Post (Wednesday 8th/Dec); Express (Wednesday 15th/Dec).
