An Online Chat feature has been implemented on our website. But we are sorry that it is only available during business hours.  However, you can still email us, leave messages on our Contact Us page, SMS us at any time as usual. 

Good news! We have upgraded our auction system. Now you can choose to ship the items won at auction together with your other order which pays a shipping fee. And obviously, the other order must have the same shipping information and have not been shipped. This new option will help you save a lot of shipping fees when you win multi auctions.
